Each character can only have one of these. Choose wisely. Also note that the extent of the damage to the character hit depends entirely on that character's RPer.
Incendiary ammo: Incendiary Ammo is a power that when activated, the user's weapon causes fire damage to enemies, burning through armor, and burning them. This stops health regeneration, and can cause unprotected sentient organic enemies to panic. Synthetic enemies are more resistant to fire damage.
Disruptor ammo: When activated, the player's weapon is empowered by an electric field that causes additional damage to shields. The ammo also deals increased damage to synthetic enemies and adds a chance to temporarily disable them. In addition, the ammo has a chance to overheat enemy weapons thereby disabling them, and temporarily electrocute the enemy.
Cryo ammo: When activated, the user's weapon is empowered and has a chance of freezing enemies without any special defenses for a short time, preventing them from moving. Frozen enemies are more susceptible to damage and can even be shattered for an instant kill.
Tungsten ammo: This is also known as armor-piercing ammo which as it states can be able to pierce through the armor of an enemy. This is especially effective against synthetics.
Warp ammo: Warp Ammo is effective against biotic barriers, armor and health. The damage bonus is doubled against enemies who are being affected by biotic powers. Warp Ammo does no bonus damage versus shields.
Drill ammo: This ammo upgrade has the ability to travel long distances, and pass through cover.
Explosive ammo: This ammo upgrade works like a little shrapnel grenade when fired. Each shot can explode, and send fragments into any target.
Acidic ammo: Also known as corrosive ammo, this upgrade can eat away at armor, shields, and even the target itself. Since it is unstable, each round is only able to do a little bit of corrosive damage so one shot doesn't have the ability to burn through an enemy.
